Originally trained in Sociology at Kenyon College, Elizabeth earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Denver and has spent nearly three decades working across diverse clinical settings. She is a licensed Clinical Social Worker in Wyoming and a dedicated member of the Jackson community.
Her work focuses on helping clients heal from trauma, build resilience, and move beyond barriers that limit their ability to live fully and without fear. Elizabeth approaches mental health challenges as injuries rather than illnesses, offering compassionate, trauma-informed care in a safe and supportive environment. She is honored to support first responders, healthcare professionals, educators, and fellow providers in managing stress and reducing burnout.
Outside of work, she values connection, community, and the natural beauty of Jackson.

Stephanie
Kiser
LCSW

Stephanie has served the Jackson community as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and mental health therapist since 2009. Born and raised in the Appalachian Mountains of Virginia, she carries with her a deep appreciation for the grounding influence of place and community. After earning her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and spending several years in Denver, she found her way to the Tetons more than twenty years ago and has considered them home ever since.
Her only venture away from the mountains came when she pursued her Master of Social Work (MSW) at the University of Michigan, graduating in 2008. Upon returning to Jackson, Stephanie joined the Hirschfield Center for Children, where she worked for several years as a therapist, child forensic interviewer, and child advocate. These experiences strengthened her commitment to providing compassionate, developmentally informed care across the lifespan.
Stephanie eventually transitioned into private practice, where she now offers counseling to individuals of all ages. She is known for her warm presence, thoughtful guidance, and deep belief in each person’s potential for healing and growth. Her long-standing dedication to this community informs a practice rooted in empathy, respect, and steady therapeutic partnership.

Megan Graves is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been in clinical practice since 2016. Her career began in Denver, where she worked with high-risk populations impacted by significant trauma. These early professional experiences fostered a strong clinical foundation and deepened her capacity to support individuals navigating complex and high-intensity life circumstances.
Over the years, Megan’s work has evolved toward a focused understanding of the unique demands placed on individuals in high-stakes, high-stress roles. She has developed a particular interest in working with first responders, recognizing the cumulative impact of chronic stress and trauma exposure. Megan is licensed in both Idaho and Wyoming and is honored to serve the individuals who help sustain and protect these mountain communities.
Megan believes that greater awareness and understanding of the nervous system is a key component of healing and long term resilience. She has a knack for pattern recognition and loves to support clients in stepping outside of negative patterns that hinder their growth and development. With thoughtful guidance and support, she works collaboratively with clients to help them develop insight, restore balance, and draw strength from their lived experiences. Her approach is person-centered, trauma informed, and individualized. She is trained in EMDR and DBT interventions.

Saalfield

Frances Saalfield has lived in the Jackson and Teton Valley area since 2014 and is grateful to call these mountains, and this community, her home. Over the past decade, she has worked across both private and nonprofit sectors with a dedicated focus on mental health, healing, and overall well-being. Her work is grounded in the belief that first responders play a vital role in the safety and resilience of the region, and she is deeply committed to supporting those who serve on the frontlines.
In her clinical practice, Frances provides a therapeutic space where first responders can regulate their nervous systems, reconnect with their values, and strengthen the alignment between their inner experience and the lives they are leading. Her goal is to help clients cultivate greater resilience, meaning, and overall life satisfaction.
Frances takes a holistic approach to therapy by integrating modalities such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based interventions, somatic and relational therapies, trauma-informed work, and parts work to support the whole person- body, spirit, and mind.
Her warm presence, grounded approach, and dedication to serving high-impact professionals reflect her commitment to strengthening both individual well-being and the broader community.

Carly is originally from Baltimore, Maryland, but after spending a summer working in Grand Teton National Park, she was inspired to make the Tetons her permanent home in 2007. Motivated by a deep commitment to helping others and improving rural access to care, she pursued her nursing degree at Johns Hopkins University, where she was awarded the prestigious Nurse Corps Scholarship through the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). She later completed advanced training as a Psychiatric–Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at the University of Pennsylvania, earning the Leonard A. Lauder Nurse Practitioner Fellowship—an honor recognizing emerging leaders in advancing health and health equity.
With 15 years of nursing experience, Carly is a board-certified Psychiatric–Mental Health Nurse Practitioner skilled in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of mental health needs. Her treatment approach is grounded in thorough evaluation and collaborative care planning. Depending on client preferences and clinical goals, she offers a combination of medication management and supportive therapy. She also recognizes the importance of multidimensional care and may incorporate guidance on nutrition, sleep, movement, and daily habits to support overall wellness.
Carly’s approach to mental health is trauma-informed, holistic, and highly individualized. She works with clients to integrate their unique backgrounds, strengths, and personal goals into the treatment process, with the aim of not only addressing mental health concerns but also enhancing overall resilience, fulfillment, and well-being.
Outside of her clinical work, Carly believes deeply in living a rich and meaningful life. She can often be found exploring the mountains with family and friends, practicing yoga and meditation, attending live music, or traveling the world. Her grounded presence, comprehensive training, and dedication to accessible, whole-person care reflect her longstanding commitment to the Jackson community.

Lewis specializes in treating a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma and complex trauma, substance use, and the many challenges people encounter throughout daily life. He draws on a diverse set of therapeutic approaches to support adults of all ages as well as adolescents.
His training and practice include EMDR (Levels I and II), Mindfulness and Meditation practices, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), substance use recovery support, and multiple trauma-focused modalities.
Lewis holds a master’s degree in social work (MSW) from the University of Denver and is licensed to practice in Wyoming. With over 15 years of clinical experience, he has worked in a wide variety of settings, including high-risk residential youth programs, hospital emergency department psychiatric assessment teams, community mental health centers, outpatient substance use treatment programs, and private practice. His broad experience informs a compassionate, grounded, and versatile therapeutic style.

Stephens

Elisa Stephens has been part of the Jackson community since 2001, when she moved to the Tetons after attending college in Vermont and working as a ski patroller. Her early work with Community Entry Services and the adaptive ski program sparked a passion for supporting individuals with diverse needs and ultimately inspired her to pursue a career in nursing. She went on to earn both a master’s degree and a Doctor of Nursing Practice, shaping the foundation for a career devoted to expanding access to compassionate, evidence-based mental health care.
For more than 15 years, Elisa has practiced as a psychiatric–mental health nurse practitioner, leading initiatives to improve clinical practice and increase the availability of high-quality mental health services. Her work has been recognized regionally, nationally, and internationally, including invited presentations at the International Council of Nurses in 2021 and the International Society of Psychiatric Nurses in 2025. She is known for her commitment to reducing barriers to care and for her thoughtful, collaborative approach to supporting clients and providers alike.
Elisa is proud to be part of the TIPS clinician team, where she contributes her expertise to support first responders and strengthen the mental health resources available within the community. In addition to her clinical practice, she serves as a consultant reviewing Medicaid quality-of-care concerns and is a founder of an educational initiative designed to support psychiatric providers working in rural and underserved settings. Her work reflects a long-standing dedication to improving systems of care and ensuring that individuals in all communities have access to the mental health support they need.

Barclay has served the Jackson community as a Clinical Social Worker for more than 20 years, beginning her career at Mountain House, a program within Mental Health and Recovery Services of Jackson Hole. She now brings that extensive experience into her private practice, where she works with adults seeking greater balance, resilience, and well-being in their lives.
Her approach is collaborative and strength-based, focused on creating a supportive environment where clients can recognize their inherent capacities for healing and develop practical tools they can use in everyday life. Barclay integrates several evidence-informed modalities into her work, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
Barclay earned her undergraduate degree from DePauw University and her graduate degree from the University of Chicago. Over the course of her career, she has worked in a range of local settings that have shaped both her clinical perspective and her connection to this community.

Anne L. Ellingson, LPC, CAP Anne is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Addiction Professional who works with individuals navigating addiction, trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and related challenges. She provides a compassionate and accepting space where clients can explore their experiences without judgment or expectation. Anne believes that open, honest communication is the foundation of meaningful therapeutic work. She approaches each client with gentleness and respect, helping them uncover their strengths and move toward healing at their own pace.

Thompson

Originally trained in Psychology at the University of Georgia, Lorraine earned her Master of Science in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Brenau University. She has over two decades of experience providing compassionate, trauma-informed care. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Wyoming and a committed member of the community.
Lorraine began her career in community mental health in Atlanta, working primarily with children and adolescents before transitioning into private practice. She also served as an Adjunct Professor of Abnormal Child Psychology at South University. In 2013, she founded Mountain Therapy Pediatric and Family Counseling in Jackson and later co-founded Teton Wellness Affiliates with Stephanie Kiser in 2020.
Her work focuses on helping navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief and loss, relationship challenges, stress, burnout, and major life transitions. Lorraine has a special interest in supporting trauma survivors, including first responders, healthcare professionals, and individuals experiencing acute, chronic, or complex trauma. She believes healing happens within a safe, collaborative therapeutic relationship where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered to create meaningful change.
Lorraine’s approach to mental health is through a strengths-based, individualized lens, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). She is Level II EMDR trained and Level I trained in IFS.
Lorraine enjoys time in the mountains hiking, biking, camping, and exploring with her husband, family, and friends. A lifelong Georgia Bulldogs fan, she brings warmth, curiosity, and grounded presence to her work.

Originally from Akron, Ohio, I earned my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University and have called Jackson home since 2015.
My work focuses on strengthening communication, deepening connection in relationships, and helping clients create meaningful, lasting change. I am honored to serve on the clinical team at Teton Interagency Peer Support (TIPS). I have completed extensive postgraduate training in evidence-based therapeutic approaches and remain committed to ongoing professional development.
Outside of work, you’ll often find me spending time with family, friends, and my dog, Banjo. Whether in the mountains or on the river, I value staying active, connecting with the people I care about, and enjoying the place I’m fortunate to call home.

Masi
LPC

Leanne is a licensed professional counselor who brings a grounded, body-centered, and trauma-informed approach to her work with individuals, couples, teens, and families. Her work focuses on helping clients navigate trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, suicidal ideation, and major life transitions, supporting them in creating greater connection, regulation, and meaningful, lasting change. She is especially honored to work with first responders and has completed specialized training to understand the unique psychological, relational, and occupational stressors associated with emergency service careers.
Leanne has advanced training in EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy), and the Gottman Method. Her therapeutic style is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in nervous system regulation and embodied awareness. She works intentionally with the body, through sensation, movement, and emotion, to gently help clients process what feels stuck, recognizing that trauma is experienced and expressed differently for each person.
Leanne brings a keen awareness to the emotional and physiological dynamics in couples therapy. She helps partners understand and regulate their responses to one another, build secure attachment, and deepen emotional connection, fostering more resilient and fulfilling partnerships.
Outside work, Leanne spends time in the mountains climbing, skiing, and exploring with her dog and partner. She also enjoys live music, time with friends, and staying grounded through movement and being outside.
