TIPS delivers a continuum of care through trained Peer Support Specialists embedded within participating agencies. Peers provide confidential support, risk assessments, and direct connection to our Clinical Team, who offer a wide range of evidence-based therapies. Sustained by generous support from local individuals and businesses, TIPS ensures those who serve our community have the care they need to stay mission ready.

Peers

TIPS Peer Support Specialists take an active, proactive approach to first responder wellness. Embedded within participating agencies, they check in regularly across teams to support early identification and response to stress, trauma, and the cumulative demands of the job.

Clinicians

Our Clinical Team includes trauma-informed, culturally competent professionals with deep experience supporting first responders. They provide evidence-based care addressing stress injury, grief, addiction, and the long-term impacts of a career in service.

TIPS serves 14 agencies and more than 650 responders by training and sustaining a strong network of embedded Peer Support Specialists. Peers are accessible across participating agencies and ready to connect whenever support is needed.
